Try clearing your cache and cookies (Save your passwords first as this action will log you out.)

What PC are you using and what is your Broadband specification.

Are you using any Adblocking programs as they can cause problems.

I have just come to this site having seen the review in WebUser Magazine and I am having the same problem. Says I need the Google Earth Plug In, which I have, direct from the site, tonight, but still cannot get cockpit view.

According the Google Earth the plug in and programme itself are the latest versions.

          Help please.

I have been doing some checking and found out Google Earth is not compatible with Safari.

Have you tried restarting the Computer after installing it.

What version of the 'Plug In' do you have, i have got Google Earth plug-in installed. (Version 6.2.2.6613).

Have you got Cookies enabled for Flightradar24.

Can you use Firefox to check if this works.

                  Select 'Tools' and the Options.

Then 'Content' and uncheck 'Block pop-up Windows' then click OK.

Then try the Map with Cockpit View

If this works put an exception for http://www.flightradar24.com/ and then you can check the 'Block pop-up Windows' box.

Can you download Comodo Dragon Browser from here: http://www.comodo.com/home/browsers-...rs/browser.php

Don't make any changes to standard settings, this browser is based on Chrome but is more secure and uses less PC resources.

OK, last thing to try before bedtime.

                          Delete your cache
Certain graphics and crashing errors in Google Earth can be resolved by clearing your cache. To learn how to delete your cache, follow the instructions below:

1# Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop.
2# Select Tools, then Folder Options.
                          3# Click View.
4# Under the 'Hidden files and folders' section, select Show hidden files and folders.
                          5# Click OK.
6# If you are using Windows Vista, look for the .dat files in the following directory: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Google\GoogleE arth or C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Google\Google Earth

If you are using Windows XP, look in C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\GoogleEarth

7# Right-click both the dbCache.dat and dbCache.dat.index files, choose Delete, and select Yes to move the files to the Recycle Bin.

These files will be recreated the next time you log in to Google Earth.

It says right click it and choose Delete, and select Yes to move the files to the Recycle Bin.
( You can delete all those files as they are only Cache files.)

After you have deleted it, refresh the Map page.
