    If you have general question about Flightradar24, you might get the fastest answer directly on the forum.


    If you have questions about YOUR feed, YOUR account, YOUR hosted receiver, YOUR problem you won't probably get an answer on the forum, but you should contact
    Support is answering tickets as fast as possible, which in most cases means 24-72 hours during working days, but for several reasons a ticket may sometimes take more time to answer.

    Just a reminder from the most important thread on the forum!

    This forum may be used to post questions regarding Flightradar24 service. You may get an answer from FR24 team or from other users on the forum.
