real time 5 min delay

Hi is this 5 min delay new i dont remember seeing the orange aircraft before, so i was just wondering, im use to only ever seeing the yellow colour and seems to be more coverage on map with this 5 min delay , love flightradar ,but can anyone tell if this feature is new
