Libyan Government 5A-DCN in European Airspace

Swedish media today claims that Gaddafi's private jet has been in Belarus last week (http://www.svd.se/nyheter/utrikes/ga...nd_5975263.svd). The reason for the visit could have been to buy more weapons. The Dassault Falcon 900EX with registration 5A-DCN has no ADS-B transponder so it's not visible on FR24, but it has an Mode-S transponder, so FR24 can view when it's in air, but not exact location. When I look in our logs I can with that it was visible from:
