  • Flight history partially recorded

    hi guys,
I'm part of a french aerodrome, and when I search the aircrafts in FR owned by our aerodrome, we only have a small part of flight history records listed.

For example, for this one F-GTZL, the last flight reccorded is on 10 Jan 2024, knowing that I confirm this aircraft flighted since January
The world’s most popular flight tracker. Track planes in real-time on our flight tracker map and get up-to-date flight status & airport information.

    I take another one, https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/f-hroz#
the last record dates from 19 Feb.....

Do you know what could be the root cause ? maybe it is due to a bad signal reception in the aera where the aircrafts flight ? (FYI we are based in Brittany region - BRETAGNE region, where the biggest closest city is Nantes)

Or do you have an explanation ?

Another point, we got for an aircraft : F-HCDA
The world’s most popular flight tracker. Track planes in real-time on our flight tracker map and get up-to-date flight status & airport information.

is not linked to our aerodrome / airline.... do you know how we could link the aircraft to our site ?

Thanks a lot for your feedback guys !

another point really weird, is for example for the aircraft F-GTZL, on FT24 the last record is on 10 Jan 2024 : https://www.flightradar24.com/data/a...-gtzl#30bec02c
and when I check on flightaware the last record is on 19 Feb 2024 : https://www.flightaware.com/live/flight/FGTZL

Last thing, I found one of our aircrafts that have ALL history records (with ALL fields provided) : https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/f-hroz#
any idea...? maybe because this specific aircraft got a different tronsponder than other aircrafts ? or other things ?

    THANKS for your precious help

It's been like this since they disabled the MLAT feeds a couple of years ago. Basically most of the GA became invisible, so you get a playback button in your reg history, but nothing happens when you click it. I think that means that your hex has been "heard" by a feeder somewhere, but because the MLAT has been disabled then there's no way of plotting or recording your flight track.

As for why this has happened, well there are hundreds of old posts about the issue, but it was an admin decision and there's nothing we can do about it here I'm sorry to say.
