The Current information for this HEX is wrong, as indicated by comparing the actual filed flightplan which confirms the above info.
Clue is also the used callsign NKP. (=Abakan Air)

Basically it is an aircraft that is using erroneous HEX in the transponder instead of using 152A9D|RA-76445.
