Another two Italian f$uk ups with two aircraft using the same Hex code as per 3005FB with I-SPAP and I-PEBZ

300664 is being used by both AS50 I-HELW (already in the DB) and A139 I-BBFI no idea which is the correct user of the Hex.

3003D7 is being used correctly by P180 I-FXRI (already in the DB) and incorrectly by C208 I-ROTK

Have complained to ENAC to get the operators to sort it but they are not interested
