Maybe they change it, the PDF you posted date back to 2017, but the ICAO website which latest update date back to 9 October 2020, shows E390.

Space is not allowed on FR24 database registration field.

This is the thread for new additions, plase use database errors thread to reporting any error, if actually there's a dabase error.
