BY6272 - Expert opinion?

I was looking at BY6272 BRS-PMI today (currently live at time of writing 28th June 2022) and noticed it has taken an unusual route (and not a direct one) and is only flying at 18,000ft despite usually doing the route at 40,000ft and being 1hr 47min into the flight. Wondered if anyone knew why it would be doing this route at this altitude? It is already delayed so can’t see why they would?
