  • FR24 box not linking to my account

    hello All

    I installed my New FR-24 installation yesterday morning, All went well and LED's on Blackbox are functioning correctly...

    Ive registered the box with 4 digit serial nr and my full Long and Lat

    BUT

    I cant see the feeder on my account....

    Early this morning I have changer routers and still not seeing anything...

    Firewall ports are open as per instructions ....

    Any Clues please ..

      Hi,
      I did that yesterday lunch time,

      just checked that all ports are open again.

      once you register the feeder to your account, is it a automatic process or have a human to check and ok the request

        what ports? There is no need for any ports to be open.

          Hello Rich,

          Has you problem been solved yet? Do you see the receiver on your local network? If you see the receiver on your local network and you have opened the ports then it should show up online to FR24.
