Not seeing commercial carrier flights into and out of TPA

I'm monitoring LiveATC ground/tower/approach for KTPA and watching Flightradar24. I'm hearing clear for departure and clear to land, yet they are not showing on Flightradar24. KTPA is class B, and these are commercial carriers, not GA. Any idea why?

I see this all the time. You won't see any FAA or MLAT at ground level, and ADS-B needs line of sight. Not unusual.
