Find aircraft reg for a flight number

    Hi,

Is there any database similar to data.flight24.com where you can find which reg no has flow a flight number further back in history? data.flight23.com shows the information but only for the last days.

    Regards
    Daniel

    Hi Scanhorse,
I have checked the links but I cannot really find the information I'm looking for.
for example, I flew with SK1594 between BRU and CPH on the 27th of Oktober 2010 and I would like to see which reg no was used (since I didn't pick it up)
data.flight24.com doesn't pick up that old data, on libhomeradar.org I cannot find the callsign on the specific date and on casper.frontier.nl I cannot see the reg no

Any other ideas? Or it might just not be possible.

    /Daniel

Hope you don't mind me reviving this topic - I found it on a Google search as I'm trying to find the reg. numbers of some planes that I've flown on. I've been partly successful using libhomeradar, but some searches are returning no results. I managed to find a couple of American Airlines flights that I was on as far back as September 2010, but I've been unsuccessful in identifying some more recent flights. Can anyone help?

The flights I for which I'm trying to find registration numbers are:

    LBA-BCN - 22.10.2010 - Jet2 B737
    BCN-MAN - 25.10.2010 - Monarch Airbus (Not sure if it was A319, 320 or 321)

    LBA-DUS - 14.01.2011 - Jet2 B737
    DUS-LBA - 17.01.2011 - Jet2 B737

    LBA-PFO - 16.06.2011 - Jet2 B757
    PFO-LBA - 19.06.2011 - Jet2 B757

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi.

    Welcome to the Forum.

I have found three up now, if i find anymore i will post them here.

Wednesday 15/6/11 G-LSAI B752 = LS405/6 Cyprus-Paphos (This date is different than yours, do you have the correct date, as LS405/6 operates on a wednesday.)

    Sunday 19/6/11 G-LSAI B752= LS405 Cyprus-Paphos

    Source: http://www.lbaspotters.net/latestmovements.htm

LBA Spotters do not have any logs from October 7th 2010 till May 1st 2011, so the rest of the information you need will have to be sourced elsewhere.

    25/10/10 arrived 14:47 MON517 G-OZBM Airbus A321-231 Source: http://www.tasmanchester.com/Arrival_logs.html

Thanks Mike, that's really helpful and yes, you're right, it should have been 15th for LS405. Typo on my part! I'll keep digging for information about the other three.

Incidentally, do you know how far back information goes? I have a flight from MAN to NAP and the return flight a week later to find too, but they were back in 2002. I can't remember the dates off the top of my head but if I can recall them what are my chances of finding the reg. numbers?

    Your welcome.

Try joining http://www.forums4airports.com/forum435.html there should be someone on there who has logs for the Registrations you need.

I have checked this thread and there is no information for those dates: http://www.forums4airports.com/topic163.html

Finding information as far back as 2002 would be difficult.

Thanks again, I'll ask on the LBIA forum and see if I can turn anything up.

As for the 2002 trip - I'm pretty sure I flew from MAN to NAP on the last weekend of May 2002 and returned during the first weekend of Jun. The plane was a Britannia 757. I remember that the World Cup was on and I recall sitting in a restaurant in Sorrento and all of the waiters getting very excited because Italy were winning one of the games which was on TV!
