CPH is a mixed bag. Their climate is generally milder than OSL/ARN. Therefore they do not have the same capacity dealing with this, slthough they are reasonably well equipped. In addition they have more widebody traffic that requires more time per aircraft for deicing. But when you have unfavourable wind, low visibility & snow plus icy runways/low breaking action it's pretty much 'game ove'r no matter what. Your equipment only goes so far and you will never be able to handle the most extreme of conditions.
