Feeding but FR24 App says I am not

I recently changed computers and lost the old key (also it did not work with basestation only adsbScope)

I added another dongle and am feeding as EKGB25 but when I try to log in I get stopped saying I am not feeding. It is showing the old Radar

Can someone advise please?

The right path, was to email FR24 support, and tell them you did not have your key. And it would have been re-issued.

The keys and accounts are associated to a single email address.

On the old laptop I the FR24 software would not work at all with the basestation at all. I posted on the forum for help and a couple of people answered but it was never resolved.

I will email email them.
