    Anyone know where it is going? Is the UK government stopping Russian cargo from entering the UK and the planes operators and trying to sort something out? Or is the airport it is trying to land at having problems?

      Never mind. I found out their are no conspiracy theories. It was a simple case of East Midlands Airport being closed for a while due to a Jet2 emergency landing!

      For reference the 747 was carrying Formula-E equipment/vehicles.
