The addition of F-RPUB1 will vastly improve Philippines' coverage towards the North, West and East.
Baguio is quite high up on the mountains - I remembered my packets of snacks I brought to Baguio got " pregnant " when they reached Baguio. LOL.F-WSSS1 - Cats refused to Pee & Pooh on RadarBox - Running a FR24 Receiver & DVB-T Dongle 24/7 to piss off The Chief Thief.

Philippine Feeder Status Report-December 2014
Here is a commented list of the Philippine Feeders status.
I'll start in the south (Mindanao) and move North to Baguio.
F-RPWD1 Davao Online regularly
F-RPMB1 General Santos Online regularly
F-RPMZ1 Zamboanga Online regularly
F-RPMG1 OR F-RPMZ2 Not determined yet since either airport is possible. Receiver is in-transit and will pop-up any day.
F-RPML1 Cagayan de Oro Hasn't been online in quite a while. Missing in action.
F-RPVT1 Tagbilaran, Bohol Host is working in Singapore and has left the family to keep the receiver online with varying results. Offline more than On. The host has indicated he will return this month and make some station improvements.
F-RPVO1 Southern Leyte Online regularly with good receiver range.
F-RPVM1 Cebu City/Lapu-Lapu Online regularly with good ground coverage of CEB.
F-RPVD1 Dumaguete/Sibulan Negros Oriental Online regularly
F-RPVB1 Bacolod/Silay Negros Occidental Missing in action.
F-RPVI1 Ilo-Ilo Online regularly with good receiver range.
F-RPLP1 Legazpi, Bicol region Online with good receiver range.
F-RPLL1 Manila, Luzon Online very reliable on building with generator backup.
F-RPLL2 Cavite, Luzon Online very good complimentary receiver range with F-RPLL1
F-RPLL3 Manila Not online yet beyond initial verification.
F-RPUB1 Lingayan Gulf location not Baguio, online good receiver range.
A receiver was approved for Roxas on the north coast of Panay Island but couldn't find reference to it.
MLAT is working in some areas of the Visayas but additional receivers in Cotobata and Cagayan de Oro are needed to complement F-RPMB1 in General Santos and F-RPWD1 in Davao. Palawan is very desirable for a receiver but so far FR24 hasn't been able to find a host. As for finding control tower locations for receivers in the provinces, they generally turn out the lights and the internet after the last flight of the day. If talking to officials stress the safety net FR24 provides and with playback features could turn a disaster from a recovery to a rescue. Minutes and hours over water can make a difference.
Naturally, some we talk to look at our service and view it with suspicion either for cultural or national defense reasons. Don't be discouraged.

New feeders, are wowed by the FR24 features and get the free receiver not knowing what it takes to be a reliable partner so instead of reading everything provided ask questions which sometimes leads to ambiguous answers further confusing them.
In any endeavor strive for excellence instead of letting things lead to mediocrity......Get technical knowledge and use the tools provided and see where you are lacking....then fix it.
I hope there will be more receivers in Manila for MLAT

You will find this definition of MLAT.

In some regions with coverage from several FR24-receivers we also calculate positions of non-ADS-B equipped aircraft with the help of Multilateration (MLAT), by using a method known as Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA). By measuring the difference in time to receive the signal from aircraft with an older ModeS-transponder, it's possible to calculate the position of these aircraft. Four FR24-receivers or more, receiving signals from the same aircraft, are needed to make MLAT work. That means that MLAT coverage can only be achieved above about 5,000-10,000 feet as the probability that signal can be received by four or more receivers increases with increased altitude.
Most parts of Europe are today covered with MLAT above about 5,000-10,000 feet. There is also some MLAT coverage in North America, Mexico, Australia and Brazil. More areas will get MLAT coverage during 2014 and 2015.
Since ADS-B is line of sight, RPLL2 being on the west end of the runway may be shielded from aircraft turning left on the taxi way going to the domestic terminal but RPLL1 may have an unobstructed view being in a different receiver location so on the map the radar notation will change from RPLL2 to RPLL1. It is true that the curvature of the earth impacts viewing ground movements if the observing receiver is beyond 6-8 miles.
