Inverness - Gatwick

I read other reports on the forum about planes being a few miles off course, but this one takes some beating.

Currently heading north over London from Switzerland, or so it would seem.

I am quite new to these things, but presume the data being transmitted is from a previous flight, as well as noticing it is MLAT?

Could those with more knowledge of such things kindly explain?

Its either a Callsign error by the crew or the Callsign is incorrectly matched to the Route by the system.
