Seen on FR24 this morning over Dublin does anyone have the Type,C/N and Owner as No records on any site looked up.

So, it was "seen by FR24"
Does that mean it's 100% grade-one genuine? No it most certainly doesn't.
Was it ever "seen" as in "visually read off by someone on the ground" ?
I suspect the answer was NO, in which case I know what my next move would be

As the FAA say this registration is not allocated and the corresponding hex code A5900C doesn't appear to be allocated either (just extrapolated from the sequence, presumably how FR24 got it), I would guess someone is TXing an incorrect hex code.
