Sounds like it's going around other forums too!

I did see this loading yesterday. Popped up many times on my Firefox showing it was loading.

I would recommend to upgrade your PHP version. I see the version the is in installed is out-of-date and has several security holes.

Last 2 days, most members' avatar disappeared and cannot be re-inserted.

Mysteriously, members' avatars re-appeared.

Server was moved last night for us who see the day first (during day UK time) and appears there is some img link/reference and default settings issues still being worked out
