Flying High

This is one thing i don't get, when i look at 777 or a340 flying they just fly at fl 410 or low, but when i look at gulf-streams or other smaller aircraft they fly sooooooooo high? i just find it weird. (ive attached a picture of Kuwait airways gulf stream's flying at the same time today at 1.00 BST.)

Most passenger airplane are only allowed to fly on FL410, some are allowed to fly higher (FL430) but they are too heavy to fligh so high, so the airspace above FL410 is mostly used by private jets that sometimes can fly up to FL510.
