How do i filter an individual flight/plane

For example Liverpool to Gdansk with Wizzair

When the plane is in flight by clicking on it i can get the callsign and hex number

But inserting either of them into the filter menu when the browser refreshes shows 0 planes?

What am i doing wrong?

I have looked at other threads and the help info but cant see what i am doing wrong

Have you tried a general Call (eg. "WZZ")

or it could be your internet connection., (eg. I use Mozilla)

Then again.! I could be wrong., (But I dont have any trouble when I use SIA)
