  • Cathay Pacific Flight

Good morning, can someone tell me please, why on Flight Radar 24 Cathay Pacific flight CX37 From Delhi to Manchester, show on the radar label Delhi to Heathrow ?
I was watching it this morning and wondered why the flight had gone across the midlands and heading at that time crossing SHEFFIELD, on the description on the left of the flight radar screen it deifnatley said London Heathrow, but in actual fact its destination is Manchester.

Because that's the associated route in the FR24 database.

The database could be incorrect or CX37 was routing Delhi-London in the summer and has been reallocated for the winter schedule?

Looks like different destination on different days.

This lists it as DEl-LHR in a few days. Database cant distinguish between days.

Good morning, ok thanks for your replies.
It was just something I wondered about. I realise now that the season has changed along with some flight destinations.

          Hi Bill

It's also a cargo flight and these tend to flex flight IDs more than passenger ones.
