Aircraft pictures on Floghtradar

How to add or change aircraft-pictures? Some of the airplanes trafficking my area hasnt got any pictures on the info on flight radar, and for example does the picture of Emirates A6-ECM really suck. How to add or change pics?

if i upload my shots together with Reg number onto planespotters.net will my shots show up as thumbnail when clicked on flightradr24 map? Thanks Leedseagle
