Aer Lingus Routet Info - 25/04/10

Good Morining Al. I'm trying to track my wifes flight from Berlin this afternoon and have noticed that several of the Aer Lingus Flights in Europe are showing their route as LHR - BFS. Given that they are heading eastwards over central europe I think this may be incorrect or the pilots are having a laugh!

I guess thsiis something to do with the flight database. I read in another thread that the call sign is used as a key to lookup the flight details. Is there a problem with the Aer Lingus bit of the database today?

I think I have found the inbound aircraft for my wife's fllight so I'm monitoring this. Is there anywhere I can manullly check out route detaisl if you have a callsign?

Google the callsign - Flightstats will often provide a route or Flightaware.
