  • ADS-B Receiver I built not showing up to Register

I bought a raspberry pi 3 B+, a 8GB SD Card, an indoor ADS-B Antenna and USB dongle. I followed all instructions and connected the raspberry pi to ethernet and power but doesn't show up in the list to register the receiver. Please help, thank you.

The Instructions from "build your own" in the flightradar24 website. I can't post a link since I just joined and can't post links yet.

That can only likely mean the stick isn't recognised

        Try this instead

        STEP-1: Download Necessary Software 1.1 - Download PI24 image (zip) on your Desktop/Laptop Download page: https://www.flightradar24.com/build-your-own Direct download link: https://repo-feed.flightradar24.com/...latest.img.zip (https://repo-feed.flightradar24.com/rpi_images/fr24-raspberry-pi-latest.img.zip) 1.2 - Download

And if you intend on feeding other sites once set up.

Don't use that method. And pick one of the others where the main decoder program is installed first

And you add the feeder software after to use the data it creates

LAST UPDATED: 23rd July, 2019 This thread provides guide for following 3 options: OPTION - 1: PI24 image with integral dump1090-mutability ver 1.14 and fr24feed. Other feeders to be installed by user. For detailed guide, please see this post: 2019 - PI24 (Image) QuickStart Guide (https://forum.flightradar24.com/threads/12643

Okay, thank you! After some waiting and reflashing the SD card, I got it to work and is now running flawlessly.
