I bought a raspberry pi 3 B+, a 8GB SD Card, an indoor ADS-B Antenna and USB dongle. I followed all instructions and connected the raspberry pi to ethernet and power but doesn't show up in the list to register the receiver. Please help, thank you.

That can only likely mean the stick isn't recognised
Try this instead

And if you intend on feeding other sites once set up.
Don't use that method. And pick one of the others where the main decoder program is installed first
And you add the feeder software after to use the data it creates
