Worst scenario case, you have Paypal and eBay money back guarantee.

rtl-sdr.com has an official ebay shop.

This doesn't look to be it so it's a fake.

eBay/AliExpress: We also have an eBay and AliExpress store. Our eBay account name is "rtl-sdr-blog", and on AliExpress it is "RTLSDRBlog Store" NO:4523039. Please be careful of other accounts with low feedback selling our items below the market price as these are scammers, and be wary of counterfeit V3 dongles.

If you want a dongle at a better price, try this store:
Real-time flight tracking with one of the best and most accurate ADS-B coverage worldwide. Check airport arrivals and departures status and aircraft history.

The green dongle from them has the filter in front of the LNA, so the design is more resistant to interference than the pro stick plus.
But it seems the reliability isn't as good.

Anyway they will provide a better product and service than the random ebay listing you are looking at.

now i'm using the GP spider.
Use Flightaware Antenna, much better than above two:
(you may need a filter also, depending upon how close and strong mobile / cell towers are at your location)
