If dvbt is selected as a receiver, fr24feed installs its own version of dump1090 that is incompatible with dump1090-fa.
(It also starts that version and both programs fight over the dongle, it's a mess)

The lighty-disable-mod deactivated the lighttpd integration which prevented you from viewing the dump1090-fa webview.
Also to make fr24feed play nice with dump1090-fa it need to be set to receiver-type beast and use the appropriate host/port.
