  • Aircraft can not be seen on FR24

    we have an issue with some of our aircraft as suddenly three of them could not be seen on FR24.

    any suggestion please ???

    Can you share the aircraft ICAO hex codes and registrations? Are they ADS-B equipped?

      yes the aircraft equipped with ADS-B and before we used to see these aircraft on FR24.

      registration: A7-CCC Hex code 06A2CD
      A7-PPP Hex code 06A2D5
      A7-SSS Hex code 06A2D6

        There might be no coverage at low level where you fly them.

          Last 10 or so tracks are very broken or straight lines

          So yep. That or modes only/receiver near offline

            we have another 11 aircraft flying in the same area with same altitude and we can see these aircraft in FR24.

                They likely aren't blocked. There is clearly bad signal (or mlat only on some) on playback.

                Solution. Build a receiver nearby.

                  If you have your own receiver you can also check what the local receiver gets.
                  (Local webinterface)

                  That would for example show you if the ADS-B is not working correctly.

                  (Maybe they are not transmitting position thus requiring MLAT, that may explain the broken tracks in the history)

                    Thank you all the problem has been solved.
                    The configurations for the transponder has been reset on one of these aircraft ( A7-PPP) and now we can see it flying.
                    I appreciate all your help.
