  • FR24 web page Radar not showing my A/C feed

Hi, just put FR24 onto my Pi3 with FlightAware working good.

FR24 seems to be working but can not see my feed when putting my radar code into the FR24 web page or see my username or radar code in the stats page.
The feeder status page is all green and the tracked A/C page is updating.

    FR24 Link: Connected via UDP
    FR24 Radar Code: T-EGSH134
    Local IP(s): 192.168.0.6
    Aircraft Tracked:
    (ModeS & ADS-B) 80
    Aircraft Uploaded: 69
    Receiver: beast-tcp, Connected
    MLAT running: YES

    Any suggestions would be helpful

    Dave

    Does this page help you?

The world’s most popular flight tracker. Track planes in real-time on our flight tracker map and get up-to-date flight status & airport information.

Have you configured your feed key?
It should be displayed with the following command:

    cat /etc/fr24feed.ini

      Thanks wiedehof

My feed key is in the fr24feed.ini
I've also sent an email to support with the diagnostics zip to see if they can help.

The web page for data sharing tells me nothing as it has only my email and that I have a basic account.

Under my account check your feed/key is actually listed properly as #134

A common error is re-registered IDs associated wrong when 'testing' or continually reusing the pi image and not realising it increments ID each time unless you signup manually

can't see any mention of feed key on the account page, I'm wondering if when I installed the software my email did not get sent.

          I'll try re-installing

Maybe you didn't use the same email you used for your FR24 account?

Anyway no need to reinstall you can use these commands:

            sudo fr24feed --signup
            sudo chmod a+rw /etc/fr24feed.ini
            sudo systemctl restart fr24feed

I'm not sure how long it takes until the email is sent.

Problem sorted, when i did my email during sign up i must have cocked it up as it said my sharing key was associated with another email.
So have a new key and radar plus got a email straight away to say my feed is working.

                Cheers

                  This link doesn't work.
                  Returns file not found.
Tried several times in Chrome and Opera under Windows 10

Because it is no longer February when this thread was created and active.

Just like I advised previously when you asked

Several posts and at least one of the prebuilt instalations say that if you have forgotten your posting key head to this: http://feed.flightradar24.com/forgotten_key.php url to retrieve it. That URL is File not found

If you are still having trouble i would suggest using --signup to just get a new feed key be done with it.
When it prompts for an existing feed key, don't input anything and press enter.

                      sudo fr24feed --signup
                      sudo chmod a+rw /etc/fr24feed.ini
                      sudo systemctl restart fr24feed

Remember how I was just referring to confusion from users trying stuff from older posts.. https://forum.flightradar24.com/showthread.php?t=12747

This would likely have been left dead had it not been resurrected (I'm not exactly prepared/willing to go digging and editing old posts/threads that refer to old links the Devs have decided to suddenly remove.) But I've attended to a few.
