Airbus get in the Cseries and acquire 50,01% share

Airbus is now owner of 50,01% of the CSeries Co., they will keep the Mirable Quebec Canada, installation untill 2040 and build a new facility in the United States. This will kill the Boing surtaxes on the CSeries planes sold in the USA.

They are now the world largess aircraft manufacturer. Bonbardier keeps 30,09% and the Quebec Gouv. 19%.

A good deal as far as I'm concern.
