First Time Raspberry PI Issues...

So I go the Raspberry Pi up and running...installed the software ect...
When i go into "Sudo fr24feed status" is see the following error message...But I can't find it anywhere else on the post. Can anyone help?
1) I know the USB device is ok, because I briefly got it working on my PC.

Status is broken in new version. Use the web page instead. Do full restart to allow it to start only one copy. Check page status.

Sorry for being a Noob..but how do I use the "Webpage"? I know IP Address is http://192.168.1.19.....do I just put 30002 after that?

Reboot again, do NOT run the status command. Every time you do it reattaches and runs a2nd copy, a 3rd, 4th.. each time causing the conflict to go straight back to square 1

If you look at other suggestions on my linked post. It also says start feeder WITHOUT 'service' and watch what happens to ensure all is ok.

The ping issue is no data

I also see no gain available. This is indicative of wrong type of dvbt stick.

The info for that appears before the page you photo

No I did not try as I am away from home, and have posted from phone. I deleted the post shortly afterwards as I did not feel comfortable to post something without first trying myself and making sure.

However the systemctl command works with most of feeders in Raspbian Jessie.

When at home, I will try following commands with fr24feeder. These sure work with flightaware, planefinder, and radarbox24 feeders

sudo killall fr24feeder
sudo systemctl restart fr24feed

sudo service fr24feed status
sudo systemctl status fr24feed

At home, tested, it works.
My install is
Raspbian Jessie image written to microSD Card
dump1090-fa package install (dump1090-fa_3.5.0_armhf.deb)
fr24 feeder package install (fr24feed_1.0.18-9_armhf.deb)

What is the install of chap6595?
Is he using Pi24 image, or Raspbian Jessie image?
Is he using built-in dump1090 of fr24feed, OR did he install any version of dump1090 (MR, mutability, flightaware)?

(B) If you have installed some version of dump1090 (Malcom Robson, mutability, or Flightaware), your setting "Receiver: dvbt" should be changed to "Receiver AVR(TCP)" and "Host/IP 127.0.0.1:30002".

Go to page http://192.168.1.19:8754/settings.html (replace 192.168.1.19 by IP of your Pi). Now make settings as shown in screenshot below.

After making changes, click "Save" button at bottom-right corner of settings page. After saving, click "Restart" button, adjacent to "Save" button, and wait for webpage to appear. It should now show some numbers against "Aircraft Tracked" and "Aircraft Uploaded".

So I am using the Raspbian Jessie image. The software says its connected and the USB Stick I know works, as it have got it to be online for a brief window.
I have just done as suggested above and reinstalled it.
