KML & CSV downloads 'locked' for Business account

Sometime in the past few days the KML and CSV options on the aircraft flight history pages have become 'locked' for me, per screenshot. Clicking on the icons does nothing.

Confirmed that I am logged-in with 'Business' showing as the subscription plan type. There appears to be a 1,000-file annual download limit but I haven't downloaded more than about a dozen CSVs in total, ever.

I have tried various different aircraft, two different browsers, logging in and out. Unique to me or more widespread?

Appears broken. Pay to bombard with emails as forum isn't checked too often for such things.
