subnet error

  • subnet error

    hello i having trouble with subnet on my receiver.
    it should be 255.255.255.0
    but the page status show 0.0.0.0

    i try network configuration to change but stil 0.0.0.0

    does anyone have the same problem ?
    how to solve this ?

    (fyi my internet connection normal)

    The subnet mask should be set by your DHCP server together with the IP address and DGW.

          Something wrong with your DHCP server? I have a lot of these boxes and they all receive the correct netmask.

            0.0.0.0/24 is like 255.255.255.0 the problem must be something other
