    hi mrcarlos,
since I'm also looking for a solution to that constellation I searched the forum and the most common advice seems to be "use a separate device for each dongle"!

i have just realized how do that here is if someone need:

    cd /etc/rc3.d
    sudo nano S01dump1090.sh
    in prog_args add this line
    --device-index 0
restart rpi and voila dump1090 runs always on the dvbt with index 0 and let the other free.
