Can't connect to anything, connection terminated

Hi

First time user here. I have been playing around with a USB stick on Windows today. Setup goes fine, but something is wrong with my connection I think. I have followed a guide on the net.
On the website, my status is offline.

I'm using one of these as receiver for now

Did you actually install zadig drivers..
