Thanks for the tip Oblivan, mlat was never on as I am using a windows 10 desktop, still have to determine if going Raspberry is a viable solution at this location. I did turn of windows sync, so now I can test to see if that solves the problem, if it does I will report back. I am sure I am not alone with this problem.

Is the computer set to get time from the internet? If you "Update now" does it get the time ok?

If you run a cmd prompt and "nsookup 1.asia.pool.ntp.org" do you get some IP addresses?

                  It doesn't recognize the command.

Per the first page of thread, on windows when windows set to internet update will use a different pool of servers (nist.time.com or similar) changes time, NTP tries from client, fails (or if it does windows adjusts again) tries.. and so on. If you turn off internet update chances are NTP will kick in and work.

On my own w7 unit feeding for a few years now, I have meinburg NTP installed to keep planeplotter happy, internet time update off and can see fr24feed adjusting itself since my clock is fast on the old girl without errors..So theres combinations that should work fine and the common denominator appears to be windows time service active

http://www.satsignal.eu/ntp/setup.html I tried that, did not work. A friend is feeding with same device type, Win 10 T-SVMT1 and doing fine, I can't

Find this, take the tick of get time from internet. Restart, see if fr24 message changes.

do I check the box or uncheck it before restart?
