For us, its mainly about legal issues. The ADS-B signals we receive and display on Flightradar24 don't have a designated receiver (it's a broadcast).
Voice radio transmissions between aircraft and ATC are not broadcast, it's conversation between two parties. To listen to it and then relay to others would be an offence in many countries, including Sweden where we are based.

The FIR/UIR frequencies are public data, providing them on FR24 would not break any law. What the users do with them is another point....Last edited by rubenc; 2016-04-07, 10:21.

Open the COM2 file in the zip find the name of the FIR you are interested in (eg in my case PARIS/REIMS ACC), boom you have the frequencies !
Edit Including this information on the FR24 map would not break any law as ICAO themselves are providing them. BTW this file is updated regularly.Last edited by Ratty; 2016-04-07, 13:19.

Fair enough but after seeing what those xls files have inside, I bet that if they ever planned to do that, they'd do it in the Radar View page only. Personally I'd rather prefer having waypoints in FR24 (apart from being partially available in Radar View if you upload them, because navigation makes use of them and we'd see that in FR24) before other stuff like frequencies.
