    (1) Which amplifier you have ordered? There is a huge veriaty of satellite amplifiers available, but all are not good. I have discarded 2 satellite amplifiers + 1 tv drop amplifier before finally succeeding with RCA D903. This does not mean your first one will be crap. It depends on luck.

    (2) Connection to the inserter in picture in my above post has to be done this way:
    HF goes to DVB-T
    HF+DC goes to Amplifier's "OUT" or "TV" terminal
    IN goes to ac/dc adapter's dc terminals.

    (3) Connection at Amplifier have to be done this way:
    Amplifier's "IN" or "ANT" terminal goes to Antenna
    Amplifier's "OUT" or "TV" terminal goes to DC inserter.
