    I have just seen my first A380 fly right over the roof of my house, it was at about 5000ft and i was amazed at how quite it was. The size did not look much bigger than a 747, but i would imagine that would be a different story when its on the ground.

          Made me giggle. Emirates A380s use the GP7000 engines though, not the Trent-9000.
