Strange ADS-B signal at CYYZ Toronto Airport … maybe testing?.

I’m watching this one right now… it appears like someone is walking around with a transponder on their back. It looks like Air Canada is testing something out. It’s 3:45 AM and there are very few flights at this time… good time to do some testing. If not then we have a 767 in the river!

Does anyone have any ideas what this could be ?

Older Boeing B757 and B767's suffer from GPS positional drift.

Well that's what it must have been then ... it did continue to 'drift' even more... over on top of some neighboring buildings ... then disappeared.
