Data clash

I've been feeding data for a considerable number of years, but only just wondered how ads-b data from aircraft doesn't get "stepped on"?
in amateur radio for instance using the same frequency it only takes a few stations to cause conflict!
So I do wonder how all these aircraft message manage to get decoded without conflict?
