Buy list for a new Pi24 receiver

Hi, I'm Gael, I'm from Switzerland and I'm a complete beginner to the ADS-B field. I love technology and planes. So I want to build a Pi24 receiver.

After some research, I want to buy this setup :

Raspberry (With eletrical plug etc...) : Raspberry Pi 4 4G Model B Full Starter Kit Universal : 109 CHF / 123.09 USD
Antenna : RTRTL-SDR R820T2 Tuner Dongle with Dipol Antennen Kit : 58 CHF / 65.50 USD

Is it "good"? Can I get a cheaper antenna? I like this one because It comes with a suction cup mount to put on a window it would be practical because I live in an apartment.

And for the last question, is it safe for me if I put it on my bedroom window?

I have a window mounted antenna. In fact two, both for my test set-up.

One is bought for the window, the other home-made.

The home-made is the larger one, Window suckers attached to an aluminium plate. Antenna clamped to the plate. Both are still in place, no problems.
