adding receiver data

Hello All:

I am seeking some help.

I have added a ADS to our computer system at my airport location however after entering pertinent data through the DOC system the Data would not upload. I attempted to delete the program and reload however because my email address was previous used the system will not permit me to re-download the DOS to reset the program.

Is there a solution to solve this problem as well can you provide me insight as to why my data would not feed. I can see the connection was fine, the system was PING'ing however the data was not showing up live.

What are you doing in DOS, and what kind of computer as well base program you got there ?

Had a similar problem when I first fired up, I had to Delete the program and start from scratch, I have flightradar24 Premium up and operational, however there are base programs not supported by premium. Read the directions.
