Airplane labels - speed/altitude

Not sure whether this is the right place to post this, but I've got a wish for/question about the airplane labels. You can set additional lines with information on it, for example Speed and Altitude. Even when the units are set to meters and km/h within the settings sectoin, the airplane label are in Flight levels and knots.

Is it possible to show them in the selected units as well?
