• Flightdiary.net and Flightradar24.com

As some of you have already noticed FR24 has started linking to Flightdiary.net (FD). FD is a place where you can log your flights and have nice graphs and statistics about your historical flights. Right now we are working on integrating the new Version 2 of FR24 together with FD.

Until the integration is done you can already signup for an account and start adding flights on FD. An example how your page will look like is http://flightdiary.net/flygradar

When you have added some flights you can create a banner that you can use on this and other forums. The banner code is added to your profile on this page http://forum.flightradar24.com/profi...=editsignature

We have made some progress in integrating Flightdiary.net with Flightradar24.com. If you add a flight to your Flightdiary.net account before you flight, you will be visible as passenger on board the flight on Flightradar24.com.

There are still some problems with matching dates and timezones for transatlantic flights, so if you are flying around midnight or transatlantic, your name might be missing on Flightradar24.com map. But we will be working on that in the future. There are also some Airports and Airlines missing in Flightdiary.net database but that will be solved soon.

          (url=http://flightdiary.net/flygradar](img]http://banner.flightdiary.net/flygradar[/img]

Just replace ( with [ on 2 places on the line above + user name of course, and paste the whole line into signature settings

          Nothing more, nothing less

The code is also available on http://flightdiary.net/settings/banner (choose the second code)

Have you activated the banner in your flightdiary settings?

Yep, banner is activated, clicking the link shows the banner OK but it won't display as an image in my signature. Do I need to put any tags around the code in the edit signature field? Attached my Edit Signature field.

I have found a permission error in vbulletin forum settings. Now I have changed the setting and your banner works

Thanks, I did wonder if the HTML = NO setting may have been an issue.

HTML is blocked, but in this case IMG was blocked for users, now it's allowed.
