3D BUTTON

I thought I would see what the 3d button does and clicked it and it goes to a page which says I need to download the the Google earth plugin. I click the link then run and it is downloaded. then I launch Flight24.com again and hit the 3d button and it says I need to download the Google earth Plug in. this is a good game as it could go on for ever. what am I doing wrong?

after download you have to install google earth

He means the plugin, making the assumption you just downloaded it, but have not executed it. You do NOT need Google earth full client installed.

What browser are you using

I find having the full google earth installed helps, especially so you can change it between starting on openGL mode and Direct-X mode by default - 3d mode was faster but used to break up on me, settin GE to start in OpenGL mode fixed it (this was found after spending a fortune on a new high spec 'better' graphics card as recommended ... that made no difference)
