    I have an active Premium account but I keep getting an on-screen message that says You have been logged out of FR24 - upon logging in again all the settings have been lost (PC using Chrome)
    I thought that a Premium account meant no time-outs so is this a glitch or will it continue ?

    1. you can only log in from 3 devices at the time.
    2. if your cookies are disabled in browser you will have to log in every time
    3. Just checked, I don't have that problem (chrome)

      Thanks for the reply
      I only have one device - cookies not disabled - all has been fine since 03/13 when I took out the account. this has started in last 6/8 weeks - no changes to system or settings here

        Try cleaning pc with Ccleaner (close browser first).
        Then try again.
