Here is what a ground station does in the ADS-B Network.
    ADS-B-diagram.png
"ADS-B involves ground stations, GPS satellites and panel-installed avionics."
    http://airfactsjournal.com

Flightradar24 currently has no Icons for anything other than Aircraft, there are Ground Vehicles at Airports like Amsterdam Schiphol that also show with an Aircraft Icon.

The ground Vehicles at Schiphol are filtered out.
      Only aircraft are shown now.

Ground traffic is now considered planes with FL000.

        Also check out:

        4841DC ---- TEST1234
        4841DD ---- TEST1234
        4841DE ---- TEST1234
        4841DF ---- TEST1234

        4846FD ---- REFT3BTM
        4846FC ---- REFT3TOP

These always return and fixed ADS-B signals from Schiphol, assuming fixed ground signals.

To answer your question, as confirmed by speedbird1960, all visible ADS-B signals transmitted to FR24 show up as an aircraft.

Here is some old screenshot from Schiphol:

Those C4/C5/KV2 are ground cars on Schiphol (Now filtered out.)

        TD8 was driving home...

The ground vehicles at Auckland, New Zealand are still visible - if fact right now there are three of them and only two planes!

Going to quote myself here and ask a general question to the FR24 crew:
My FR24 receiver does not show ground signals (cars) on Schiphol ground.
My FR24feed.exe does show ground signals (cars) on Schiphol ground.

Is this a feature? Bug? Other? Please inform us.

            Edit:
http://x264.nl/dump/ezy95wa-go-around-2013-11-09.jpg just did a go-around with 2 firetrucks on standby (callsign: BRW)
Just to clarity all data is received by the FR24 receiver. FR24feed.exe gets it's data from the FR24 receiver, so for sure it's not a hardware setting.

              F-XXXX block ground signals.
              T-XXXX still allow ground signals.

You could connect your T- to your F- and still get ground signals.
