  • Aircraft details required

When viewing aircraft on Flightradar24 I want to highlight and follow a particular aircraft. However, when I enter the flight number it does not seem to be recognised. Flightradar24 seems to use a slightly different number. How do I find this number?

You might have to give an example...

And remember not all flights are trackable/recognised by the system. In general Dash-8 and smaller aircraft on regional routes. So your search will also show nothing as there is no data.

        Correct.

FR24 no longer accepts flight numbers.

        Useless.

Well done digging up a thread from 2013.

Now try again with an example to back up your claim and abuse, because its working fine for everyone else.

Why should I start a new thread? Good netiquette is not so to do.

I tried several times after checking that the number was correct only to find that FR24 had a different number!

Please explain. We have not changed anything and you can search for flight number.

                Certainly, Mike.

The correct flight number had leading zeroes in the numeric but yours did not so your system didn't recognise what I used.

Flight number was provided by a passenger, btw.

Might be something to look at?

Whatever, it's a darned good site and facility.
